An incredible marathon ... for us. 6 movies in 7 nights from Saturday to Friday, all extended editions, all Bluray. There are some chinks in the beauteous special effects (mostly shit compositing) and the movies all have relentless medieval battle sequences, but the presentation of the simple tale of friends and support is rousing and inspiring.
