This was a slightly disappointing ep of new Who. The "saving the last of humanity" motive seems a bit simplistic. Surely if there's tech that can build cities from dust using drone clouds then the information to do this is available to repeat that process. And if it can do buildings, why not chemistry, generators and biology too. And if it can do that why does it need farms, buildings, spaceships, or, ultimately, planets? Also the AI threat from the bots and drones is resolved by "rebooting" yet half a page later they're a newly created sentient 'life form'. Which is it? That's "Kill the Moon" nutty... But it's still better than Star Trek... ABM Rating 2.5/3
